Are reservations required?

Reservations are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED. Groups need to make reservations in order to receive group pricing (Group pricing starts for groups of 10 or more). To make a reservation you can use our online registration form or for more information, please contact us at reservations@billybobszipline.com or call (903) 720-6149. Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to sign waivers and get harnessed up. If you are 15 minutes past your scheduled time, we will go to the next person inline

 What are the days and hours of operation?
We are open Monday - Friday from 9am - 2pm and Saturday - Sunday from 9am - 6pm. If you'd like to zip line on a day we are closed, please call our office at (903) 720-6149. Refer to our reservation page or our Facebook page for up-to-the-minute notices, like park updates due to weather. During the week you MUST make reservations to zipline!!
What are the ticket prices?

Is a ticket required to watch my friends/family climb?
Tickets are only required for guests who are zip lining. Feel free to walk around our park and observe or take pictures!
 Can I observe before I purchase?
Of Course! We want you to be fully confident that you will be safe and secure and have a Great Time prior to purchasing your ticket.
What if I miss my reservation?

Guests who fail to show for a reservation or cancel without proper notice will not receive any refund. Guests who cancel for any reason more than 7 days before their reservation date (30 days for groups of 10 or more) will receive a full refund less a 20% non-refundable booking deposit or we will gladly move your tour to another date or time in the same year if space is available.

What clothing should I wear?

Wear well fitting clothing that does not allow anything to hang loose or get tangled in cables. Long hair and jewelry should not be left loose. Sneakers or hiking shoes are recommended. Flip-flops and sandals are not appropriate.

What equipment is provided?

A harness and helmet are provided with your admission ticket.

Is there a weight restriction?

A weight restriction of 250 pounds is our limit.


What else is available on premises?
Picnic tables, Go cart track,  an RV park and party facilities are all available on site.  
Is there a fee for parking?
No, parking is free for all guests.
