Reservation Policy
We highly recommend that you make a reservation through our online reservation page. All participants are required to sign a waiver and minors (under the age of 18) must have a parent or court appointed guardian sign with them.
Online reservations, prices and packages can be found here. Walk-ins are welcome, but guests with reservations will have top priority. Reservations are on a first come, first served basis. Please show up 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out paperwork and to get harnessed up. If you are 15 minutes late for your appointment then we will go to the next group.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations will be accepted with the following policy: If you cancel within 7 days or more of your reservation we will issue a full refund for groups of less than 10. If the cancellation is less than seven days of your reservation date, we will issue you an 80% refund. For groups of 10 or more, with a 30 day notification, we will issue a full refund. On groups of 10 or more people and less than 30 days notice, we will issure an 80% refund. We will gladly move any reservation that has been cancelled to another time within a year, if possible.
